As a new company, All Fronts Tactical is operating with a team of two. We hope to add more personnel with a wider range of experience as our operations grow. 

Scott McQueen

Scott McQueen is the founder, owner, and sole instructor of All Fronts Tactical. While attending Texas A&M, Scott worked in the Public Safety Planning Department of the Brazos Valley Council Governments. Here, he assisted in the development regional emergency actions plans, public safety grant administration, and serving as instructor and Team Leader for the Brazos Valley Community Emergency Response Team (CERT). After graduating with B.A. in Sociology, Scott briefly worked in law enforcement before moving to corporate security data analytics and intelligence.

In addition to owning AFT, Scott works as a data analytics and project management analyst. With experience, training, and certification across a broad spectrum of fields, Scott plans, trains, and teaches with an "all-threats" mindset.

Andrea McQueen

Andrea is Scott's wife of 6 years and supports All Fronts Tactical through customer service and administration. With a B.A. in Communication from University of Memphis, Andrea has provided customer support administration for a variety of organizations, from car dealerships to police departments to churches.
